2Account Registration & Usage Rules

• Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. db444 reserves the right to terminate any account found to have submitted false or misleading details.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to db444 immediately.

Withdrawal amounts may be limited until account verification (KYC) is complete. db444 may request additional verification information at any time, and if satisfactory responses are not provided, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Db444 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. Deposited funds are added to your balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Maximum Daily Deposit: Determined by account tier. Up to ৳10,00,000 for standard accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Speed: Bkash and Nagad withdrawals typically take 5–15 minutes; bank transfers take between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal Fee: db444 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same owner. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals if KYC has not been completed.

If you forget to activate a bonus or promo offer at the time of deposit on db444, it cannot be added afterwards. It's recommended to select your preferred offer from the Cashier section before making a deposit.

4Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on db444:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where the cash-out feature is available, you may have the option to withdraw a partial amount.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled leg will be removed and the payout will be calculated based on the remaining legs.
• Odds in Live Betting markets change after an event begins. A bet will not be placed unless the user clicks the "Accept" button before the odds are confirmed.
• Db444 reserves the right to void any bet placed by taking advantage of a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Minimum bet is ৳50; the maximum bet depends on the specific event and market.

A multi-bet can include a maximum of 15 legs. Two conflicting markets from the same event cannot be combined in a single multi-bet. Separate rules may apply to Sports Betting and Live Casino, and full details can be found in the respective game rules.

5Terms & Conditions for Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer at db444 comes with its own specific terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account at any given time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The wagering requirement must be met first.
• Wagering requirement is x10 for the Welcome Bonus, x12 for Reload Bonuses, and x20 for Free Spins.
• Bonuses have fixed validity periods — 30 days for the Welcome Bonus and 14 days for Reload Bonuses. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• For bonus funds used in Sports Betting, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 will count towards the wagering requirement.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited.
